Overview

When it comes to floating LNG regasification operations, Excelerate Energy is unmatched in the industry. Our fleet of ten LNG vessels, including a traditional LNG carrier and nine Excelerate Energy Bridge® FSRUs (Floating Storage and Regasification Units), traverse the oceans providing for the efficient flow of LNG from load ports to market access points throughout the world. Our proprietary FSRU designs work in conjunction with our downstream GasPorts and Gateways as flexible, floating regasification terminals.  Or, they may work as dedicated shuttle and regasification vessels, carrying LNG from the supply source and delivering gas to market.

Our shipping fleet is also one of the most environmentally friendly LNG fleets in operation. State-of-the-art emissions-control systems reduce nitrogen oxide and carbon monoxide emissions by more than 90%. In addition, our vessels are fitted with a proprietary heat-recovery system that reduces the amount of seawater used in operations by 98%, reduces regasification fuel consumption by 10%, and reduces fuel consumption by 16%. Safety is also given the highest consideration. Numerous risk assessments and safeguards have been incorporated into the Energy Bridge FSRUs and operations. Fleet Operations

We operate under rigorous vessel-operation standards to ensure safe and reliable service. At Excelerate Energy, our personnel are uniquely qualified to manage our regasification vessels and oversee the complete voyage – from before arrival at a load port to clearance at a discharge port. Working with our Commercial group, our Fleet Operations team coordinates the logistics of each voyage within our fleet of vessels to ensure each vessel is well operated and maintained to the highest standards of safety to ensure safe and timely delivery of each cargo to the point of delivery. This team has vast experience and is well-informed about local requirements at LNG ports around the world.

Voyage Operations

Our voyage operations ensure that each voyage is executed smoothly and timely without issues. Our personnel monitor the day-to-day voyage and adhere to stringent industry reporting and safety procedures. We also monitor the speed and fuel consumption of our vessels to verify that the ships are performing at optimal efficiency.

Port Operations

Our port operations team maintains a close focus to ensure the operations between the Energy Bridge FSRU and the GasPort or Gateway are conducted to the highest standards. They ensure that the fixed port facilities are maintained in an operational state of readiness and work closely with our local customers as well as local regulatory agencies and stakeholders.
