Global Marketing and Trading

Overview
At Excelerate Energy, we open an entire world of LNG supply and delivery through our marketing and trading activities. Our team of seasoned professionals is committed to producing value on both spot- and long-term LNG trading to create more flexible LNG sourcing strategies for our customers.
Commodity Trading
To better serve emerging gas markets and bridge supply with demand when needed, our company is an active player in the short-term LNG market. Short-term trading provides a flexible solution to fluctuating demands at a reduced volume risk and shared price risk.
Since our founding, we have become a reliable trading-counter party to both upstream and downstream markets. We are able to react quickly to market conditions due to the following:
- Access to major liquid markets;
- Access to key LNG producers and markets;
- Access to our fleet of vessels.
Asset-Based Trading
In addition to LNG sales and purchases, our company can provide access to a portfolio of LNG vessels and market access points. Our goal is to competitively price LNG regasification capacity and provide chartering services and support to ensure efficient, reliable transportation of LNG. Not only have we concluded more than 40 vessel time-charter agreements to date, we have also developed the necessary market knowledge, relationships and expertise to offer a flexible and competitive alternative to traditional LNG transportation.
